BHB Energy Group provides comprehensive residential and commercial green energy and electrical services, including EV charging, solar, and backup battery systems. Our team has 20 years of combined experience, and we are a new, dynamic startup in the electrical and green energy space. Our goal is to simplify the process of going green by offering full-service solutions, including calculations, design, rebates, projections, permitting, financing, installation, and more. About the Opportunity

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of new business, from prospecting to installation. You will work with the executive team to build the sales department and processes to expand into new markets. This position requires local travel to visit customers.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
• Close sales and achieve sales goals and targets.
• Develop a customized pipeline development process to identify all sales opportunities and qualify them for future sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with leadership to define sales goals and quotas.
• Create a customized sales process that is customer-focused and milestone-oriented.
• Define each step in the sales process, connecting it to critical deliverables that need to be completed before moving on to the next step.
• Be knowledgeable about products to answer customer questions.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field, OR
• At least three years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the electrical or green energy industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary plus uncapped commission based on experience
• $75K - $150K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
